The beautiful ghost story and the symbol of Justice

According to the principles of reincarnation, the natives of the Sunda Islands consider the tarsier (primate) the seat of the soul of a criminal who, as punishment, has been enchanted.
Next to the tarsier, I have placed my image of Lady Justice.
Her first mouth stands for natural beauty. Her second mouth represents compassion, sensitivity and understanding.
The third mouth is placed vertically and stands for implacable law.
Her first nose is beautiful and neutral with a broad range of smell.
Her second nose possesses the accuracy of a pair of scales.
Her third nose is straight and irreproachable.
Her left and right ear are symbolic for openness and purity.
Her top ear is a beautifully sensual ear.
She demonstrates different cultures in hairstyle and in her clothing. Her wedding gown stands for the pure oath of duty and loyalty.
In this work, I have applied popart and De Stijl, alongside cubism, cobra, realism, surrealism. All these image languages are contained in the Law.
I see this work as something large and have depicted it in miniature.
For me it is monumental and it is also a design for a mural in relief of 430 x 320 cm, made of polyester, ceramics and glass for display in a private home, lawyers firm, court building, Palace or Ministry of Justice.
“De inboorlingen van de Soenda-eilanden beschouwen het spookdiertje (halfaap) volgens de beginselen van de zielsverhuizing als de zetel van de ziel van een misdadiger die bij wijze van straf betoverd werd.
Naast het spookdiertje heb ik mijn beeld van Vrouwe Justitia geplaatst.
Haar eerste mond staat voor neutrale schoonheid.
Haar tweede mond beeldt meelevendheid, gevoeligheid en begrip uit.
De derde mond staat vertikaal voor onverbiddelijk recht.
Haar eerste neus is mooi en neutraal met een breed scala aan reuk.
Haar tweede neus bezit de zuiverheid van een weegschaal.
Haar derde neus is strak en onweerspreekbaar.
Haar linker en rechter oor zijn symbolisch voor openheid en zuiverheid.
Haar bovenste oor is een mooi sensueel oor.
Ze straalt verschillende culturen uit in kapsel en in klederdracht.
Haar trouwjurk staat voor de zuivere eed van plicht en trouw.
In dit werk heb ik Popart toegepast en De Stijl, naast kubisme, cobra, realisme, surrealisme.
Al deze beeldtalen zitten ook in het Recht”.
